Currently accepting postpartum doula clients for June 2025 and beyond.

My job as a postpartum doula is to nourish my client, and their family, during the first 3 months after the birth.

My work

With almost 15 years of experience caring for young families, I’ve learned to step into people’s homes with ease, filling the gaps of care during chaotic and emotionally challenging times. My goal is to work myself out of a job as your postpartum doula, providing essential support but also teaching you and your partner the tools you need to care for your baby and move into parenthood with confidence. Fresh, delicious home cooked meals each week is just an added bonus to the comprehensive tactical and emotional support I offer my clients.

I have a very hard time asking for and accepting help. Izzy brings a calm, confident energy that allows even an extreme type A person like myself relax. By the end of our time together I was begging her to move in! I still dream of the yummy food she made for me during that time. Forever grateful.
