My name is Izzy Adair Nelson and I’m a birth worker living just outside of the Twin Cities. I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula, as well as an RN at a busy Twin Cities hospital, and a DNP Midwifery student at UMN. I have a background in Yoga and Ayurveda, and have been in the holistic health world for the last 8 years teaching and providing health consultations. I’m currently training to become and IBCLC and certified herbalist. I really geek out talking about herbs, medical science, Ayurveda, lactation, and birth!
I am starting my own parenting journey in late January of 2026, and will be accepting only a few clients through the spring, with my regular availability opening up in May of 2026.
