Currently offering birth and postpartum services for 2025, excluding May and September.

I believe that birth is a powerful and phenomenal experience-meant to test our inner strength and resilience.

my work

As a doula, I love watching birthing people discover a power within themselves they never knew existed. I find purpose in helping people navigate the twists and turns of their birth story, crossing thresholds of fear and uncertainty. As your doula, I’m there to create a protective space so that your body (heart, mind, and spirit) can have an uninterrupted and safe physiological birth.

Simply put, she just knows. She knows what you need, she knows what to say, she knows when you need more support, she knows when you’ve got it. Izzy is an advocate and coach. Izzy was my go-to during my baby’s birth because her presence made me feel safe and she was right there the whole time, holding my hand.

I understand that every family is unique and help you figure out what the best path is for you, offering personalized care and attention throughout your birth experience

During pregnancy I provide physical, emotional and informational support for the whole family. During the birth I facilitate communication and provide reassurance and perspective with care providers and clinical staff, ensuring you have the information needed to make informed decisions. My skills include suggestions for pregnancy specific exercises and movement, resolving pregnancy discomforts, assisting in labor progress, offering relaxation tips and massage, optimizing fetal positioning, and additional integrative complementary modalities.

What makes my work unique? I’m invested in the integration of generational wisdom and evidence-based practices. I will talk with you about your options for everything from medical pain management for birth to herbs for labor preparation and postpartum healing. As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, herbalist and yogi who is also a certified nurse-I like to think I have my feet firmly grounded across both the holistic and allopathic perspectives.

As a doula my physical presence is calm, quiet, collected, and steady.
